How much does it cost for me to get evaluated?

Our payment model is as such: If you have insurance that we accept and the cost to use it isn’t prohibitive then we can use your insurance. If you don’t have insurance, we don’t accept your insurance or it’s too expensive for you to use your insurance then we will complete your letter for free. Yes, seriously. For free.
What if my letter gets denied?

At Bock Psychological Services we have written over 50 letters for a variety of surgical and medical needs and not one has ever been denied. That’s because we are thorough in our evaluation, documentation and letter writing processes to give you the best possible chance of receiving the care you need. We also pride ourselves on working with your surgeons, doctors, and medical facilities directly so that you care is streamlined and as stress-free as possible.
What medical/surgical services does this give me access to?

WPATH letters help to bring access to most if not all Gender Affirming Care (GAC) procedures from Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), to Facial Feminization to Phalloplasty. These letters can even be used to provide insurance coverage for Electrolysis. They are required by insurance companies as well as most medical and surgical providers.
